What they are

A zOrdinals NFT is an inscription whose content is the artwork itself. It lives at your address, moves with an ordinary transfer, and needs no separate contract to exist.

Minting

Upload the media and set a name and description.
The file is inscribed and bound to your address.
Collection membership, if any, is recorded in the same envelope.

Holding and transferring

NFTs appear in the Zordinals Wallet alongside your coins. Transferring one writes a transfer record naming the recipient address; ownership follows the earliest valid record.

Media is stored as inscription content, so an NFT keeps rendering as long as Zcash does — there is no external host to go offline.
